De afgelopen tijd was ik zó ontzettend moe. En nu nog steeds. Je zou je haast afvragen of het ooit nog over gaat. Vooral omdat vroeg slapen niet eens meer helpt. In de eerste week bleven er artikelen online komen: die had ik al eerder geschreven. Daarna is het even een weekje stil geweest op mijn blog. Vandaag lees je waarom.
Ontzettend moe
Aan het einde van die week was ik niet meer ziek en was ik alleen nog verkouden. Wél was ik nog steeds doodmoe. In het weekend werkte ik en ging ik naar Appelpop – niet de beste combinatie als je zo moe bent, maar werk zeg ik niet zomaar af en Appelpop wilde ik niet missen. Natuurlijk hadden we deze week weer gym, lekker in de regen en in de kou, dus de dag daarna was ik wéér ziek. De vorige week was ik al ziek voordat we gym hadden, nu dus erna.
Ik ben inmiddels naar de dokter geweest om bloed te laten prikken, want als je na zoveel slaap nog steeds niet bij bent gekomen, dan is er iets mis, toch? Het leuke van dit: m’n dokter gaat nu ook m’n blog lezen.
Wat dan weer niet zo leuk was: het bloedprikken deed echt veel pijn?! Ik dacht dat dat achteraf altijd meevalt. Niet dus. Het prikken zelf duurde ook enorm lang en achteraf werd ik misselijk en voelde het alsof ik flauw ging vallen. Gelukkig gebeurde dat niet. We wachten nog op de uitslag. Als het goed is krijg ik die vrijdag, dus op de dag waarop je dit leest. Update: ik heb de uitslag nog steeds niet, maar hopelijk krijg ik ‘m snel.

In de tijd dat ik niet geblogd heb (7 dagen) kreeg ik enorm veel nieuwe ideeën voor artikelen. Maar ik had niet de energie om er wat mee te doen. Eigenlijk schreef ik steeds halve artikelen en bleef het daarom stil op m’n blog. Wat ik wel heb gedaan met m’n blog: ik heb de roze menubalk veranderd naar zwart. Én de letter-spacing van de menubalk aangepast, zodat het er wat mooier uitziet.
Tot zover de update. Hopelijk kwam dit niet over als een of ander zeurartikel; ik wist ook niet zo goed of ik dit moest posten. Ik ben in ieder geval benieuwd naar de uitslag van het bloedprikken. Als er lichamelijk niks aan de hand is, vraag ik me wel af hoe ik ooit weer meer energie krijg, omdat (heel veel!) slapen niet helpt. Maar dat zien we dan wel weer.

Vervelend dat je je zo moe voelt de laatste tijd.. Ik hoop dat er wat van het bloedprikken wat naar voren komt. Vroeger (en ook nu soms) heb ik heel erg last gehad van moeheid. Later bleek dat ik de ziekte van Pheifer had. Het gaat vast allemaal goed komen! Misschien wat minder hooi op je vork nemen? Of juist lekker gaan sporten?

Wat minder hooi op m'n vork nemen is wel een goede tip! Ik doe ook ontzettend veel eigenlijk. Gaan sporten zit er trouwens even niet in, aangezien ik daarna juist meer moe ben. Misschien is dat na een langere tijd sporten juist andersom en ga ik me fitter voelen, maar ik ga eerst eens je eerste tip uitproberen, haha!

Je verwees mij naar jouw blog , omdat ik ( jouw oma van 87 jaar ) al een week ziek ben en nu wel opknap maar aan jou meldde, dat ik zo moe ben. Toen schreef je dat jij dat ook had gehad, zodoende las ik dat nu hier. Ik kon zelfs mijn verjaardag niet
vieren wegens die ziekte ( bijna longontsteking) na hele zaterdag ( 16de) vreselijk hoesten kreeg ik het 's nachts benauwd en heb noodarts gebeld die
dat begin van longontsteking constateerde en mij een antibioticakuur
voorschreef. Die was gisteren op, een andere arts schreef me medicijnen met een inhalator voor, dat gebruik ik nog. Maar hoesten nog niet helemaal over. Maar zal best over zijn voordat ik 100 word 🙂
