30 dagen minimalisme challenge
Ik vond deze minimalisme challenge op de blog van Anuschka Rees en hier vond ik hem ook. Er zijn natuurlijk een heleboel verschillende challenges, maar toen ik deze over minimalisme tegenkwam, wist ik zeker dat ik dit zelf ook eens wilde doen. En ik ben heel benieuwd wat ik ervan ga vinden.
Uitleg 30 dagen minimalisme challenge
Normaal gesproken zou je zo’n challenge op volgorde maken, maar Anuschka zegt op haar blog dat je zelf mag kiezen wat je wanneer doet. Als je maar geen dag overslaat. Persoonlijk denk ik dat het beter gaat lukken als je het echt op volgorde doet, omdat je anders de ‘moeilijkste’ dagen allemaal overhoudt. Maar stel dat je een dagje geen tijd hebt op een bepaalde opdracht te doen, dan kun je gewoon twee dagen omwisselen. Wat ik zelf ga doen? Ik ga ze niet op volgorde doen. Ik kijk wat handig uitkomt en dan kies ik per dag een opdracht uit.
Hoe het er nu voor staat
Tussen de opdrachten van deze challenge zie ik al wat dingen voorbijkomen die me aanspreken. Ik heb bijvoorbeeld mijn notificaties standaard uit staan (nummer 29) en kijk eigenlijk bijna geen tv (nummer 20). Mijn kledingkast heb ik laatst ook opgeruimd (nummer 30), máár er ligt nog steeds genoeg kleding die ik niet draag. Er zijn dus genoeg dingen die op dit moment al oké zijn, maar ik zie ook dingen die anders kunnen. Deze challenge is perfect om al die dingen eens tegen te komen!
Even een top 3
Mag ik even zeggen dat ik de opdrachten van deze 30 dagen challenge héél leuk vind? Toch wilde ik nog even een top 3 maken. Stel dat ik nou echt geen tijd had gehad voor een hele challenge, dan had ik alleen deze 3 uitgekozen:
- Evalueer je laatste 5 aankopen. Best leuk om zo te zien of je nou echt blij bent met dat dure kledingstuk dat je laatst kocht bijvoorbeeld
- Unfollow and unfriend: dit wordt best moeilijk, aangezien ik niet snel mensen ontvolg.
- Create a relaxing bedtime routine: lijkt me echt fijn als je een echte avondroutine hebt!
Ik kan eigenlijk al een paar dagen afstrepen zonder dat ik aan deze minimalisme challenge ben begonnen. Het gaat dus niet echt meer 30 dagen duren, maar dat geeft niet. Morgen – dus eigenlijk vandaag, als jullie dit lezen – begin ik met de eerste ‘opdracht’. Ik begin dus niet vooraan: dat dagje offline bewaar ik voor een andere dag 😉
